I have been having trouble with starting and booting up my pc. Runs very slow on start up and goes straight to a blue screen with error code 0xc0000185. Says a required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed. I have tried to look for the windows 10 serial number with this account, But says no devices are connected when I know I did link my pc to this. I have no way to find out the windows 10 serial number as I can not get into the pc and it was pre installed when I bought it.I also can’t contact the company I bought it from as I had a very bad experience with them four years ago.
