I am the family organizer (and the only adult account) and I have two “kids accounts” on my family that I cannot remove. When I try to remove the accounts myself I get the message “Family members under statutory age need an adult’s consent to join a family group. Only the adult that granted consent for NAME can remove this family member. Ask the family organizer who granted NAME consent to remove NAME from the family group.” Microsoft Support has been NO help because I am not have issues logging into my account.
