Power options problem

I have problem on my almost fresh installed windows 10. I want to go to BIOS and there is not BIOS loading screen since Fast startup is on (I think so)When I want to turn off fast startup beacuse it doesnt let me go to BIOS, I click on Change what power button do, then on Change settings that are currently unavailable nothing appears just Change settings that are currently unavailable button dissapers. Is there any command that I can put in Command promt to run it or something else?
