Why is this display driver still rolling back?

So far I have done these suggested fixes to stop this from happening:Shut off "Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows"Used "wushowhide.diagcab" to hide the updateEnabled "Do not include drivers with Windows Update" in Group PolicyAdded "ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate" and set to 1 in the registryEven as it was happening I tried stopping wuauserv and deleting the contents of SoftwareDistributionNot only is this driver old and buggy, but the reversion process is primitive and only change the driver files itself while leaving RadeonSoftware as is on the newer versio
