Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 Failed to install on 8/13/23 - 0x802400b and 0x80242016

I’ve been trying to update to windows 10, version 22h2. When my laptop is in the restart progress, it stops at a certain percentage and just turns back on. It won’t install the update. I’ve tried doing different methods but nothing works. I did a pc health check and it said there’s nothing wrong with my laptop. It also said l’ll get windows 11 soon. I need help please.
