How do I regain access to a child's account that's on my Family account if the associated phone number has changed and the automated verification syst

I have my four children on my Family account. On one of those, the associated phone number no longer exists. Even though I have the proper login and password information, I'm being denied access because this is on a new machine and it wants to verify via phone number. I have tried NUMEROUS times to regain access by filling out the submission form, but I'm constantly getting denied. Again, THIS ACCOUNT IS PART OF MY FAMILY ACCOUNT. I should NEVER be denied access without a way to get in, regardless if I've changed my phone number or whatever. I have PAID subscriptions on that account that
