Found difficulties on ArcUpdater.ac System Error. What should I do?

every time i start my laptop i get a message arccon.ac-system error a magcore .dll is missing from computer try installing it againEven I downloaded the dll file but that Couldn't help. I also want to uninstall it but I can't uninstall it also..please help me
