Pin reset

My pin on my windows computer is not coming up recognizable. It won't allow me to select the I don't know my pin button and I can't switch a login to a separate account. How can I reset my pin number on this computer. I truly don't believe I'm entering my pin wrong. I believe the system is flawed.
