Recently my HP laptop stopped talking to my Canon printer. After giving me a replacement printer I still have the same problem. Canon Customer Service concluded that the laptop restrictions have changed due to a Windows Update and I need to lower the laptop restrictions. Can you help me with this? I am using Windows 10. I have no WiFi here, I hotspot to my laptop. I connect to the printer via a USB cable connection.Also, I can no longer download photos from my camera using a USB 2.0 Card Reader.Thank you.Kathryn
