Win 10 & 11 BSOD on HP 440 G9

Hi, We are facing BSOD on win 10 and 11 21H2 and 22H2. It is mostly happening on HP 440 G9 i7 12th gen. We upgraded the ram from 8 to 16 GB during purchase.After the issue, we changed RAM, SSD, new OS installation, drivers update but nothing is resolving the issue. We asked HP if there is manufacture probolem but they are saying no. I did analyze memory dump for one of the laptop with below details.Dump DATE-9th Aug 23 BAD_POOL_CALLER (c2) The current thread is making a bad pool request. Typically this is at a bad IRQL level or double freeing the same allocation, etc. Arguments: Arg1: 00000
