i have been trying to recover my old mircosoft account, please help.

so my account is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" and when i try to login it says it linked to "ko*****@rambler.ru" please change back to my email so i can change password that they have changed so i can get access to my account. I dont know how much prof i need! i have old emails that shows im the original owner of this account so it should not be anything hard about this? please dont send me an auto respond like you ussually do :D
