how do I remove Microsoft family

I just tried to login into Minecraft for Windows, when I tried to login it told me that I needed to access the family account. I suddenly just joined a family group with no one else in it. I don't understand why I'm in a family when I only have one account, I try to remove myself but there's no way of doing so. There's are no 3 dots next to my profile and I really want to remove the family.
