I am getting Error code 0xc00000f0

I'm on windows 10 trying to upgrade to windows 11 but I am getting error code 0xc00000f0 using Windows 11 Installation Assistant, I have been trying multiple things to try to resolve this issue and other issues I run into while trying to upgrade such as being stuck at Step 3 of 3: 99% during install for more than 8 hours. Please help I have been trying to fix this for two days and just want to get windows 11
