I removed two HID Keyboard drivers from my computer using device manager because my keyboard did not work when I connect it to my computer (Surface pro 4) and was told to restart it but when I restarted it I was met with a blue stop screen with the code THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED the automatic recovery system failed and also when I tried to go into safe mode my computer would just turn off and when I tried to reset the PC they asked for password to my account which I entered corretly but still did not work so I reset my password through another computer using microsoft and yet still my passw
