Laptop won’t work after Network Reset

Normally when my laptop doesn’t work I press network reset but this time when I did it the laptop completely stopped working, it opens but it doesn’t connect to any wifi and when I press any app the whole laptop refreshes and when I press the taskbar at bottom the laptop refreshes its Home Screen again. please Help
