My Windows cannot stop to installing feature windows 10, version 22H2

My computer has checked for updates and finished installing the feature update to Windows 10, version 22h2. And have restarted. But when it's finished restarting I try to check again, but again doing the same thing over and over again. Is this a bug ? I need to try update on windows 11, but when i check with software PC health it's show me to check update.
