Wi-Fi not showing up

Hi, I have windows 10 and my wi-fi is not showing up. I have tried resetting the IP, resetting the router but no luck. I can see it’s not the IP address of all my other devices that connect just fine). When I take my laptop outside my home it connects fine. I also have dual band network drivers/adapter is up to date. When I plug my PC into the router it works fine. Help! I am so frustrated,Need my Wi-Fi to work! I’m
