Hello everyone, I just bought a samsung S23 phone and the video has changed to HEVC, I got it working finally by downloading codecs and vlc player etc ( although I prefer WMP when I have the choice) anyway, there is an app in the microsoft store that claims to work too, but it seems silly to pay for it when i got free ones that work.The issue however is that thumbnails still show blank for HEVC which is really annoying. will downloading the HEVC extension from the microsoft store fix this or not effect it? don't really want to pay for it if it does nothing ( even though its cheap I know lol )
