I reset my pc in various way multiple times in an attempt to fix this. Most permissions seem to be messed up.For the simplest example, I saved an image & when I try open it it says:"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."I think because of the same reason I cant download Minecraft. after researching online I've come to the conclusion MC wont install because of permissions down the line.
