So, recently, I bought a new Windows 10 laptop. At first, everything was going great until I had clicked on the Store app. When the app had fully loaded, I noticed that on the screen, an error message (0x80131500) had appeared. I checked on YouTube on tutorials but to this day, none of these tutorials have succeeded. I know why it doesn't work, but I can't update my laptop to see if it works. The reason I can't update Windows 10 is because my laptop barely has any memory. Anytime I try update, I get met with the same message, Your device has the latest update. Last checked, today.
