The only changes I made to fix this problem was turning off and on the Print Spooler under Services, Control Panel. Earlier this month I acquired a Konica Minolta bizhub C3550 laser all-in-one that had been in the office of one of their executives. Technicians delivered it for me to use in place of one I had of a series that they no longer make. They no longer make the ones that were one-third of this size for families and small business.
