Windows 10 won't boot, Help

I am stuck in a boot loop after Windows 10 update. I have tried running windows 10 off of usb, but I am stuck in BIOS. I've tried windows repair, reimagine, but nothing seems to work. In the cmd.exe:Both Disk 0 and Disk 1 are showing up as the eso-usb when I select them. I found this out only after trying to assign a different letter that both change. Not sure why? Or why the disk 0 and 1 look different when I "list disk". Why is my USB assigned in two disk?
