Black screen when trying to open safe mode

Hello, recently i tried to factory reset my PC. Everythign was going well until it finished. I tried to login, and upon entering my password i received the error “the user profile service failed the sign in”From there, i found a fix online requiring me to enter safe mode. When i went to enter safe mode, it was loading. When it finished, it went straight to a black screen with nothing but my cursor.Is there any way to fix this black screen error, as well as my error when i need to login?
