How can I remove my account from Microsoft Authentication application when I lost my phone?

Hello! I lost my phone and it has the Microsoft Authentication Application. I am afraid if somebody finds it then he will be able to acces to my email. How can I remove the app or my account from the application when I am not having that phone and I want to set the Authentication on my new Phone?
