I can not access my files on my computer even though I signed in!

My computer boot process was corrupted, I made ISO bootdrive I reinstalled windows and I noticed that all my files have not been formatted. I am trying to access the data but could not. my computer is requesting me to sign in under MY username, I put in all the information and it just gives me an "oops error has occured probably on our end! try again later!" I need the photos off this drive please! I need help!
