1.25 gift card of Microsoft where is it?

Please help me I haven’t been able to buy stuff from the Microsoft store I bought the card and it took every last of my points and it never gives me the 25 character code I checked in my email it still wasn’t there I want a refund on my points what was the point of spending the points that I grind on away? and never giving me the code like what?
