PC with Microsoft work account won't share on same network to PC with Home account

I have two Windows 10 Pro PCs on my wireless network at home. I set up Windows on the first a long time ago using my personal Microsoft account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). I added the second PC lately. I set up Windows on the second PC up using my Microsoft work account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***).The second PC running the work account can see and pull files from the first PC. The first PC can see the second PC, but I get a Network error when trying to access the second PC stating that the first PC does not have permissions to see the new, second PC.
