I can't install the .Net Framework 4.8 SDK (ndp48-devpack-enu only installs the targeting packs)

I have Windows 10 Home (19045.3324).I need to install the .Net 4.8 Framework SDK for a Visual Studio project.netfxrepairtool says it can't fix the problem (sends logs to Microsoft)ndp48-devpack-enu only installs the 4.8 targeting pack and targeting pack (ENU), but not the SDK. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work either.My Windows registry (apparently) thinks the SDK is already installedComputer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full\1033Release = 528372Any ideas?Cheers,Jon
