My controller DOES NOT WORK, It only does this on GTA V PC, and it does works with any other game that I play.

Okay I just bought Grand Theft Auto V PC from Steam, but my xbox one controller just doesn't work on gta v whenever I load up the game I can't move, open the menu or anything on the game. I hit the xbox button and it pulls up the guide and it responds perfectly but as soon as I go to the game it does nothing. I have searched EVERYWHERE for an answer and I can't find one.Yes I have gone to the official xbox wireless controller page to try and find and answer and I haven't found one. No my controller doesn't have an update.Yes I have fully rebooted my PC a million times.YES I checked Steam
