i have an issue, i have a black screen and my tool bar is flashin between tha black screen and the bar basically the bar appear and disappear, the desktop doesn't load. i tried restariting explorer.exe (didnt work) usinf dism and sfc comands (thow me error 1223) i tried to do a hard reset, i cant because the downloading from the cloud option thows error, and the local instalation thows error. i cant acces windos configuration because i cant open the windows menue to search the app, i tried to open the app form task manager(didnt work) i dont know what else i can doAlso The Windows instaler pro
