Can you use a custom mouse cursor during kiosk mode?

I'm on a windows 10 machine and I created a custom mouse cursor that I've placed in the "Windows/Cursors" folder so whenever I restart my machine it now defaults to the custom one but now I'm testing the kiosk mode feature in windows 10 and when I go into kiosk mode the cursor reverts back to the default one. Is there a way to hold the custom cursor while in kiosk mode?
