Windows Hello not working on windows 10

Hello,I checked for updates and I am up to date. I want to use Windows Hello PIN and Windows Hello Face but it shows me "Something went wrong. Try again later". I didn`t find info that helps me in some forums so I am asking here what can I do to fix this issue. My laptop is Lenovo ThinkPad E580 and using Windows 10
