We are having some issues with our printer drivers. We distributed the printer driver for this exact printer (HP Color LaserJet M855 – PCL 6) for all of our users. We then setup the printer to print on plain or unspecified paper type everywhere we could but when we check users’ printer preferences from control panel/settings it always says extra heavy paper type even though we don’t use extra heavy paper. The printer then complains about not having extra heavy paper in trays and users have to always close the popup and click continue. It slows down the printing process and it’s very annoying.
