Keep windows 10 loading screen until a program has loaded

Hi everyone,I'm wondering if there's a way to "block" the Windows 10 startup loading screen so that it remains visible until a specific program of my choice has completely finished loading. Essentially, I'd like to delay the loading of the desktop until this particular program is ready to use. Any insights or suggestions on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated!
