My desktop run a bit choppy after installing windows 10 upgrades. Hoping to get some pointers how to resolve the problems. Symptoms: YouTube: Video appears to be normal but has audio distortions- a buzzing sound every second or so.Unable to use snipping tool to capture graphical objects. The snipping process ends before I release the button and long before I can finish capturing the desired object.
