Hello! My work gave me an old laptop so I can do work from home when I’m on call instead of coming in, or if I just wanna do work somewhere else in the building if my office is too noisy. Problem is, it’s child locked. The app I need is on there already, but the other half of my work needs a web browser. I can’t use the web browser, because it needs me to ask my “parent” for permission… No one remembers the admin passwords, how to get into the emails associated with those admin accounts, or even who set up this laptop years ago.
