Hi, when I was on my desktop earlier, the screen got several alerts from Microsoft saying to call a number which I did. A guy with an Indian accent by the name of Richard William and Microsoft Employee #9762 said that my computer, cell phone and home phone were being hacked by 37 scammers and they were from Microsoft & named Ultraviewer. He had me believing him and I went through a few things with him and then he said to enter my banking information on their black screen and log into my account to see if anything suspicious had gone through my account.
