Get report of Windows 10 devices that have been upgraded from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro

I have a few devices that shipped with Windows 10 Home. They got upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, so that they can be onboarded to Intune. They have been working fine, however when I did Fresh Start using Autopilot on a device, it reverted to Windows 10 Home.I'd like to know if there is a way to get a report that identifies the license tied to the hardware.
