I upgraded my mobo a320mh to windows 11 and wont work after the installation, can I still fix it or recover it to previous windows version?

I wanted to upgrade the Operating System of my PC since I am planning to upgrade into SSD, while doing so, the system boot up the system for installation of Windows 11 from my previous OS of Windows 10. After installation, my PC would not boot up and I'm having issue how to fix it. Can I still fix it or recover it to previous windows version? I am not expert in any related PC troubleshoots.
