Service Host: Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol in Task Manager- What is This Exactly?

hi, there is a Service Host process in Task Manager called Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol, or "SSTP", which seems to be something related to VPN stuff? I don't use a VPN or anything, so what is this doing exactly?here's the image, opening file location does lead me to the System32 folder, specifically the scvhost file, like every other Service Host does, which would mean this is a Microsoft/Windows process correct?am I misunderstanding what this does when I say I don't have VPN-related stuff on my pc?
