My Windows 10, After a Factory Reset, Turns Black and Refuses to Turn Off

After factory resetting my Windows 10 (on a X1 Carbon Thinkpad), it turns black and refuses to turn off. I do not see the Windows logo, nor do I see my cursor on the screen. I have tried connecting the screen to a monitor, various keyboard shortcuts (such as Windows + P, Ctrl + Alt + Del, and Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B), and the power button. The screen remains black and unmoving and it stays on.If it is helpful, I've notice that upon clicking the Fn button, the computer beeps. Please give suggestions quickly.
