Why new programs installed not showing a shortcut in desktop file explorer ?

I just reinstall windows 10 and I noticed that all new programs installed not showing a shortcut in desktop file explorer, it's just showing on my desktop but not in desktop folder (the folder inside This PC or quick access), it should be automatically after you are installing a new program or any new shortcut to be in that folder,In my case it is not showing the shortcut, I should make it manually to work.
