I have a PC that is incompatible with windows 11. It currently has windows update 1903. Is ther anyway to update it to 2004?

The PC has a 6th gen I5 and is incompatible with Windows 11. I am trying to update it to version 2004. It is a 1903 at the moment. is there a way to update it to that?
