HiI have an acer laptop and it says 'preparing automatic repair then goes to a black screen.I can't get into safe mode. I tried alt f10 on startup it then beeps numerous times and goes into edit boot options and says enter=submit or esc=cancel . So I pressed enter and 'starting windows' comes on the screen then Acer eRecovery Management and says 'please wait a moment with a spinning circle but then it just stays on this screen.So basically I can't start my laptop or use it properly . Any ideas on this..is it fixable?Thanks for your help
