BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING AFTER UPGRADING FROM WINDOWS 8 TO 10 ( SONY VAIO SVE1513ACNB)

I installed windows 10 home edition , I've used windows 10 professional version too. But bluetooth did not work in both versions. I tried installing generic bluetooth drivers , and some bluetooth packages from sony's site. None worked. It cannot detect any device, nor can be detected.
