Computer BSOD

Hi,am having an trouble, my computer get BSOD, i looking to event viewer that says event 5005 Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 : Has encountered an internal error and has failed, i try to reinstall my driver wireless but i get bluescreen again, i collected the dmp file in C:Windows/Minidump, then i can't open the dmp file, can someone looking my bluescreen problem, is that hardware or driver my computer got problem.thank you
