I have a Dell G15 5515 Ryzen Edition. I am facing some touchpad related issues in Windows 10 and 11. The cursor gets slow after I reintsall the window until the next knstallation. Also the touchpad can't access the features it has. When I checked the system it is because of I2C HID device driver issue that disable the functionalities of touchpad. Also the touchpad driver gets disappeared and is not showing.When I try to reinstall the I2C HID device driver, it says it can not start with a code (Code 10). And the issue persists. Also the screenshots are attached.
