Screen Now Flickering on New Windows 10 Update

I installed the new windows update about 20 minutes ago and now after about 3 minutes of turning on my pc the screen starts flickering all over the place. What has happened? And no I haven’t dropped it.. it’s absolutely fine for the first 3 minutes.
