For several months, my computer has been having problems. I cannot open any web browsers nor can I open certain programs; I cannot install any programs or even connect to the internet. DVDs and CDs of any kind don't activate. I tried reinstalling Windows 10 from a USB drive but it wouldn't reinstall nor could I reinstall from the computer's own recovery options. I have tried everything I could find and nothing works. I assume this is some kind of corrupted or missing file problem but I cannot figure out any way to fix it. Can anyone tell me what this could be?
