Remove all images associated with my account.

I have deleted my profile picture 10+ times. It still appears when I send an email. When I go through my account now I can’t even find the picture to delete as it says I don’t have one. When I send an email certain people still receive it with my profile picture from 10+ years ago. Extremely frustrating!
